Terms & Conditions...

  1. 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Bookings are only guaranteed once we have received your deposit and signed booking form and you have received confirmation
  2. The remainder of your balance is to be paid at least 7 days prior to arrival date.
  3. An additional £100 security/damage fee is required on arrival which will be refunded within 4 days of your departure date.
  4. Any bookings made 14 days prior to arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  5. Check-in time is usually between 4pm and 9pm. Alternative arrangements can be made for special circumstances and may be subject to charge. Please contact for further information.
  6. The client agrees to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition and to pay for all breakages, losses and damage.
  7. When a cancellation is made the reservation deposit will be refunded less an administration charge. This is subject to the cancellation being received in writing at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date a refund may be made - subject to the apartment being re-let. Guests who do not stay for the full duration of their booking will not receive a refund.
  8. No smoking is allowed anywhere within the apartment
  9. We accept no liability for accidents and injuries incurred during the your stay at the apartment. Your baggage and belongings are at the owners risk at all times.
  10. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
  11. We reserves the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the comfort of other visitors or otherwise a nuisance.
  12. Guests must be at least 21 years of age. Younger guests must be accompanied by an adult.
